Refund Policy

General policy

Refunds may be considered if requested before the course start date. Refunds are generally not provided after the batch start date, or once any tasks have been submitted. Enrollment constitutes acceptance of this policy. All refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the platform management.

Submit requests directly from your Dashboard. Processing time for approved bank refunds is 5–7 business days.

Refund methods

You may choose to receive your refund as a bank transfer or as NJA Coins credited to your wallet. NJA Coins are issued with a fresh 12-month expiry and can be used toward future enrollments (up to 50% of the purchase price).

Non-completion

Students who do not submit any tasks receive no certificate and no refund. This is stated clearly at enrollment. Students who submit all tasks and score between 50–59 receive a Participation certificate and one free resubmission opportunity to improve their tier. Scores below 50 receive no certificate and are not eligible for a free resubmission.

Refund abuse

We track refund patterns to protect program integrity. Students with repeated refund requests may be reviewed by our team. Completing courses earns forgiveness credits that offset your refund history. For appeals, contact support@notjuzapp.com.
